Klara Luchko decided to become an actress after she saw an advertisement in the newspaper for recruitment to VGIK. She graduated from the workshop of Tamara Makarova and Sergei Gerasimov. The actress was remembered by many as “Turgenev’s heroine”, but Klara Luchko showed herself in different roles: she played the lively collective farmer Dasha Shelest in the film “Kuban Cossacks”, brother and sister in the fairy tale “Twelfth Night”, as well as the selfless Claudia Pukhlyakova in the film “Gypsy” .
